A rocking 2006 in stock market?

A bullish New Year speech from Prime Minister painted a rosy picture of Singapore's Economy. Will it spur the rally on? It's as good as anybody's guess. Stock Market is such that it's not so simple and straight forward. I will prefer to look at how market is taking the news before I make any moves. It will be amateurish of me to buy anything now and using the speech of Prime Minister as a reason. Throughout my years in trading, I learn to take any fundamental news with a pinch of salt.

After the long holidays, it's back to trading! :D O yeah! Grow Money time! Last Friday's closing was pretty disappointing following a strong start. I thought the selling was due to the long weekend where most traders prefer to keep their money in the pocket rather than leave it overnight in the stock market.

For those new to trading, this is another great chance for you to see how some things never changed in stock market. Rotary is expected to release some great corporate news in the upcoming week. Technical Analysis has picked up buy signal since mid December and it came alive last week. If you think stock trading is a fair game, think again!

For tomorrow's session, I am still looking forward to further up move.


Rotary Update- I thought I smell distribution when it fails to clear 0.530. Now it has formed a shooting star with heavy volume. Something I will not ignore.


Federal on the weekly chart. Although trading volume is light, I thought the risk reward looks good.
